摘要
骨科作为医学门类中的三级学科,不仅学习难度大,内容也比较多。然而实习医生需要轮转科室较多,所以分配在骨科的实习时间是有限的。同时教师和助教及学生反映:对于骨科实习普遍存在,如课本知识脱节、教学时间不连续、带教老师缺乏教学方法等问题。文章针对骨科临床实习教学中所存在的问题,设计了以“循证医学思想为基础使用适时教学(just-in-time teaching,JiTT)结合支架式教学(scaffolding instruction,SI)”的模式去解决上述问题,从而提高骨科教学质量。同时对该新型的教学模式进行了背景介绍、解决问题的对策分析、优势性的分析和具体应用。通过现有手段针对骨科临床实习教学所存在的问题进行解决,为培养未来的高素质医生和骨科临床实习教学提供了一种新的方法。
Orthopaedics,as a tertiary discipline in the medical category,is not only difficult to learn,but also has more content.However,internship students need to rotate more departments,so the allocation of orthopedic internship time is limited.At the same time,the team teachers,teaching assistants and classmates reported that there are common problems in orthopedic practice,such as disconnection of textbook knowledge,discontinuous teaching time,lack of teaching methods for teaching teachers and other problems.Aiming at the problems existing in clinical practice teaching of orthopedics,this paper designs the method of using just-in-time teaching(JiTT)mode combined with scaffolding instruction(SI)based on evidence-based medicine ideas to solve the above problems,so as to improve the quality of orthopedics teaching.At the same time,the new teaching method is introduced,the countermeasures to solve the problem are analyzed,the advantage is analyzed and the method is implemented.To solve the problems existing in clinical practice teaching of orthopedics through existing means,and provide a new method for cultivating high-quality doctors and clinical practice teaching of orthopedics in the future.
