摘要
目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的检测在早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)中的临床意义。方法 选取西安630医院40例早期DKD患者作为实验A组研究对象,再选取40例单纯糖尿病患者作为实验B组研究对象,另外选取40例参与健康体检的受检者作为对照组研究对象,样本纳入时间:2021年1月-2022年1月,三组患者均接受糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的检测,对比三组实际检查结果。结果 实验A组糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均低于实验B组与对照组(P<0.05);3期患者糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均高于1期、2期患者,2期患者糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均高于1期患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 检测糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白在预测早期糖尿病肾病中具有极高的应用价值,建议临床采纳。
Objective To investigate clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria for early diabetes nephropathy(DKD).Methods The paper chose 40 patients with early DKD in Xi'an No.630 Hospital as study objects of Group A,40 patients with simple diabetes as study objects of Group B and 40 patients with health examination as study objects of control group,samples were included from January 2021 to January 2022,tested for glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria.Actual test results of three groups were compared.Results Levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and urine microalbumin in experiment A were lower than experiment B and control group(P<0.05).Levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin of patients with stage 3 were higher than those with stage 1 and stage 2.Levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin of patients with stage 2 were higher than those with stage 1,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbumin in urine can achieve high application value in predicting early diabetes nephropathy,which is recommended to be applied clinically.
