高原地区高尿酸血症与高血压相关性的研究进展

Research Progress on Correlation between Hyperuricemia and Hypertension at High Altitude

近年来研究发现高尿酸血症(HUA)和心血管疾病的发生密切相关,且是高血压的独立危险因素。世界上约8300万人口居住于高原地区,这种高海拔低氧环境造成居住人群机体各器官系统功能发生不同程度的紊乱,严重影响了这些地区居住人群的健康,其中高原地区HUA和高血压的患病率较平原地区明显增高,因此对高原地区HUA的研究是至关重要的。本文通过查阅与高原地区人群HUA相关的国内外文献,针对高原地区HUA的流行病学的特点及其与高血压的相关性进行了总结与概述,明确了HUA的影响因子,以期为有针对性且科学开展HUA的研究提供理论依据。

Recent studies have found,hyperuricemia(HUA)is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular disease,which is an independent risk factor for hypertension.Approximately 83 million people in the world live in high-altitude areas,which results in varying degrees of dysfunction of various organ systems in living population,and affects health of residents in the areas seriously.Prevalence of HUA and hypertension in high-altitude areas is significantly higher than plain areas.Therefore,research on HUA in high-altitude areas is crucial.The article summarizes and reviews epidemiological characteristics of HUA in high-altitude areas and its correlation with hypertension by reviewing domestic and foreign literature related to HUA of population of high-altitude areas,and identifies influencing factors of HUA,to provide theoretical basis for targeted and scientific research on HUA and its correlation with hypertension and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease in high-altitude areas of China.
