血清铁蛋白水平与急性期脑梗死患者并发不宁腿综合征的相关性

Correlation between SF Level and Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients Complicated with RLS

目的 探讨血清铁蛋白(SF)水平与急性期脑梗死同时并发不宁腿综合征(RLS)患者之间的相关性。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年8月在本院神经内科住院的130例急性期脑梗死患者,其中18例患者并发(RLS),对以上患者行国际不宁腿严重程度量表(IRLS-RS)分级,根据RLS的严重程度对以上患者进行分组,分为无症状组112例,轻度RLS组12例,重度RLS组6例。所有受试者于入院后次日凌晨6:00-7:00均在空腹状态下采集肘正中静脉血,完善血清铁蛋白检测。结果 急性期脑梗死患者中RLS的患者女性11例,男性7例。梗死后1~4d出现RLS的症状。急性期脑梗死患者中无RLS组的SF水平明显高于有RLS组,重度RLS组的SF水平较轻度RLS组略有升高(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者并发RLS的发生率高,女性略高于男性,合并RLS的脑梗死患者的血清铁蛋白水平明显偏低,SF水平与不宁腿综合征的严重程度呈负相关。

Objective To explore correlation between serum ferritin(SF)levels and acute cerebral infarction patients concurrent with restless leg syndrome(RLS).Methods The paper chose 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to neurology department of our hospital from September 2021 to August 2022,with 18 cases concurrent with Restless Leg Syndrome(RLS).Above patients were graded with International Restless Leg Severity Scale(IRLS-RS)and divided them into asymptomatic group of 112 cases,mild RLS group of 12 cases and severe RLS group of 6 cases based on severity of RLS.Elbow median venous blood of all objects was collected with empty stomach from 6:00 a.m.to 7:00 a.m.the next day after admission to improve serum ferritin test.Results There were 11 females and 7 males acute cerebral infarction patients with Restless Leg Syndrome(RLS),with RLS symptoms 1-4 days after infarction.SF levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction without RLS were significantly higher than those with RLS,while SF levels in severe RLS group were slightly higher than mild RLS group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction patients may have high incidence of restless leg syndrome(RLS),that of females is slightly higher than males.Serum ferritin levels of patients with cerebral infarction combined with restless leg syndrome are significantly lower,there is negative correlation between serum ferritin levels and severity of RLS.
