观察丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦在小儿癫痫中的治疗效果

Curative Effect Observation of Sodium Valproate Combined with Levetiracetam for Pediatric Epilepsy

目的 研讨小儿癫痫使用丙戊酸钠+左乙拉西坦治疗的效果。方法 选取2010年1月-2021年12月本院收治的小儿癫痫患者93例,随机分成对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=46)。对照组使用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组;观察组药物起效、病情控制、苏醒等时间短于对照组;观察组的GFAP、S100-β蛋白、GABA与STESS分数均低于对照组;观察组的FIQ、VIQ、PIQ高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合丙戊酸钠与左乙拉西坦,小儿癫痫患者的治疗效果将显著提升,药效更好,对血清指标与患儿认知功能也有明显改善效果,疗效可观。

Objective To investigate effect of sodium valproate+levetiracetam in treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Methods The paper chose 93 pediatric epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2021,and divided them into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=46)randomly.Control group was treated with sodium valproate,while observation group with levetiracetam on the basis of control group.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter medication onset,disease control and recovery time than control group,(P<0.05).GFAP and S100-βprotein,GABA and STESS scores in observation group were lower than control group,(P<0.05).FIQ,VIQ and PIQ levels of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of sodium valproate and levetiracetam can improve treatment effect of pediatric epilepsy patients significantly,with better effect,can improve effect on serum indicators and cognitive function of children significant.
