康复治疗联合功能训练治疗上肢骨关节损伤患者的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect Exploration of Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Functional Training for Patients with Upper Limb Bone and Joint Injuries

目的 探讨康复治疗联合功能训练治疗上肢骨关节损伤患者的临床疗效。方法 选取本院收治的80例上肢骨关节损伤患者,纳入期限为2020年10月-2021年10月,按照不同的治疗方案分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规治疗干预,观察组采用康复治疗联合功能训练方法。对比两组治疗效果、关节活动度、肌力恢复情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组肩关节、肘关节及腕关节活动度无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肌力恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对上肢骨关节损伤患者采用康复治疗联合功能训练效果确切,有助于促进患者肌力恢复,改善其关节活动度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training for patients with upper limb bone and joint injuries.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with upper limb bone and joint injuries admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021,and divided them into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to different treatment plans.Control group was treated wtih routine treatment intervention,while observation group wtih rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training.treatment effect,joint range of motion and muscle strength recovery was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in motion range of the shoulder,elbow and wrist joints between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,that of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,recovery of muscle strength in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of rehabilitation therapy and functional training can achieve accurate effect for patients with upper limb bone and joint injuries,can help to promote muscle strength recovery and improve joint mobility,which is worthy of promotion and application.
