钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效研究

Curative Effect Research on Steel Plates Internal Fixation for Clavicular Fractures

目的 研究钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法 本次研究以沭阳广济医院2017年7月-2022年8月收治的35例锁骨骨折的病人为研究对象,予以患者钢板内固定治疗,观察患者不同时间段疼痛评分、手术指标以及手术治疗疗效。结果 35例患者不同时间段疼痛评分情况比较结果显示,术后2周、术后1年、末次随访相比于术前以及前一阶段患者疼痛评分结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且35例患者手术指标情况显示,手术切口长度(8.05±1.02)cm,手术时间(52.12±1.36)min,住院时间(6.14±1.12)d。除此之外,35例患者手术治疗疗效评价如下:完全愈合15例,愈合18例,延迟愈合2例,总体愈合率94.29%。结论 对于锁骨骨折患者治疗而言,运用钢板内固定治疗效果显著,不仅可以帮助患者缓解疼痛,且具有较好的临床疗效,在手术指标的控制和管理上也有一定促进意义,故而可以满足患者的治疗需求,值得运用到临床实践。

Objective To study curative effect of steel plates internal fixation in treatment of clavicular fractures.Methods The study chose 35 patients with clavicle fractures admitted to Shuyang Guangji Hospital from July 2017 to August 2022 as study objects,treated with steel plates internal fixation.Pain scores,surgical indicators and surgical treatment effect were observed at different time periods.Results Comparison of pain scores among 35 patients at different time periods showed,there was statistically significant difference in pain scores between patients at 2 weeks,1 year and the last follow-up compared with preoperative and previous stages(P<0.05).Additionally,surgical indicators of 35 patients showed,surgical incision length was(8.05±1.02)cm,surgical time was(52.12±1.36)minutes and length of stay was(6.14±1.12)days.In addition,evaluation of surgical treatment effect of 35 cases was as follows:15 cases had complete healing,18 cases had healing and 2 cases had delayed healing,with overall healing rate of 94.29%.Conclusion Steel plate internal fixation can achieve significant effect for patients with clavicle fractures,can alleviate pains of patients with good clinical effect,with some certain promoting significance in control and management of surgical indicators,can meet treatment needs of patients,which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
