摘要
目的 评价虚拟仿真系统结合学生标准化病人在健康评估技能课程中的应用效果。方法 随机抽签选取2020级高职护理的两个班作为研究对象,实验组学生在健康评估实践课教学中采用虚拟仿真系统与学生标准化病人教学方法,对照组学生采用虚拟仿真教学系统结合传统教学模式的教学方法,对选取的10名学生进行标准化病人的培训,考核通过后应用于实验组班级中。教学后对两个班进行技能考核,并让学生填写调查问卷,分析比较2个班学生的学习效果。结果 实验组学生的理论考试和技能操作成绩得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在健康评估实践课教学中应用虚拟仿真系统结合学生标准化病人教学方法,能提高学生的学习效果,促进了教学方法改革。
Objective To evaluate application effect of virtual simulation system combined with standardized student patients in health assessment skills courses.Methods The paper chose two classes of vocational nursing of grade 2020 randomly as research objects by drawing lots.Experimental group were treated with virtual simulation systems and standardized patient teaching methods in health assessment practice classes,control group with virtual simulation teaching systems combined with traditional teaching methods.The selected 10 students were trained as standardized patients,assigned to experimental group classe after passing the assessment.After teaching,skill assessments were carried out for two classes,and students should fill out survey questionnaires.Learning effect was analyzed and compared.Results Theoretical exam and skill operation scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual simulation system combined with standardized patient teaching methods can improve learning effect of students and promote teaching method reform in health assessment practice teaching.
