医院管理中应用双重管理模式的效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Dual Management Mode in Hospital Management

目的 探讨医院管理中应用双重管理模式的效果与价值。方法 2021年7月起,医院将建成的双重管理模式应用于肿瘤科。选取2021年7月之前入院肿瘤科的40例患者作为对照组,选取2021年7月以后入院肿瘤科的40例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规治疗管理模式,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采取双重管理模式。比较两组患者的管理效果。结果 观察组医疗服务质量评价远高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组各项功能(包括生活质量、心理质量和患者满意度)也远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 双重管理模式体现了患者需要专注的理念,可以增加患者的积极性和治疗依从性,有效提高患者的生活质量和心理素质,为患者提供身心支持,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore effect and value of dual management model in hospital management.Methods The hospital applied dual management model to oncology department from July 2021.The paper chose 40 patients admitted to oncology department before July 2021 as control group,and 40 patients admitted to oncology department after July 2021 as observation group.Control group was treated with routine treatment management mode,while observation group with dual management mode on the basis of routine treatment.Management effect between two groups was compared.Results Evaluation of medical service quality in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),various functions(including life quality,psychological quality and satisfaction degree of patients)in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual management model reflects concept that patients need to be focused,can increase enthusiasm and treatment compliance of patietns,improve life quality and psychological quality effectively and provide physical and mental support for patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
