电脑自动验光联合综合验光仪在屈光不正中的诊断价值与应用效果

摘要 目的 分析在屈光不正患者验光检查过程中采用电脑自动验光联合综合验光仪对其诊断价值与应用效果。方法 选取本院2022年11月-2023年2月诊治的不同程度屈光不正患者60例。所有患者均行电脑自动验光及综合验光仪验光。分析比较单纯电脑自动验光与电脑自动验光联合验光综合仪联合验光方式对患者屈光不正检出率、球镜、柱镜及散光轴位检测结果的相差范围。结果 与单独采用电脑自动验光相比,电脑自动验光联合综合验光仪联合验光检测率增高,球镜屈光度值降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);柱镜屈光度值、散光轴位无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在所有屈光不正患者中采用电脑自动验光联合综合验光仪进行检测可提高其检出率同时获得更精准的检测效果。 Objective To analyze diagnostic value and application effect of computer automatic optometry combined with comprehensive optometry instrument in optometry examination process of ametropia patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with varying degrees of refractive error diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2022 to February 2023,treated with computerized automatic optometry and comprehensive optometry.Difference range of ametropia detection rate,results of spherical,columnar and astigmatic axial detection between computer automatic optometry only and computer automatic optometry combined with optometry comprehensive instrument was analyzed and compared.Results Compared with computer automatic optometry only,combination of computer automatic optometry and comprehensive optometry increased detection rate of optometry and decreased diopter value of spherical mirror,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in refractive index and astigmatism axis of column mirror,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Computer automatic optometry combined with comprehensive optometer can improve detection rate and achieve more accurate detection during detection in ametropia patients.
