摘要
目的 探究分析在接受肺平扫患者中采用器官剂量调制(ODM)技术对减少甲状腺表面辐射剂量的影响。方法 抽选2022年4-7月在本院开展胸部CT扫描的患者资料共计60例,对全体患者进行数字编号,之后按照随机数字法分组为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组中患者接受常规的胸部CT扫描,观察组中的患者则是接受胸部CT扫描时采用器官剂量调制(ODM)技术对患者进行甲状腺防护。对比两组辐射剂量情况,分析组间图像质量差异。结果 观察组CTDIvol、ED均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中图像质量评分在3、4、5分的总计例数占比与对照组不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),且平均图像质量分数与对照组不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 采用ODM技术不仅能够有效地降低CT扫描过程中对患者胸部产生的辐射剂量,同时还能够对患者的甲状腺区域起到一定的保护作用,得到的图像结果也完全满足医疗诊断需求。因此,ODM技术更应该在临床医学中得到广泛的应用。
Objective To explore and analyze effect of organ dose modulation(ODM)technology on reducing thyroid surface radiation dose of patients with lung plain scan.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chest CT scans in our hospital from April to July 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine chest CT scans,while observation group with thyroid protection using organ dose modulation(ODM)technology during chest CT scans.Radiation dose between two groups was compared,difference in image quality was analyzed between the groups.Results CTDIvol and ED in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in proportion of total cases with image quality scores of 3,4 and 5 between observation group and control group(P>0.05),with no statistically significant difference in average image quality scores between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion ODM technology can reduce chest radiation measurement of patients during CT scanning effectively,protect thyroid region of patients,image can fully meet medical diagnosis needs.Therefore,ODM technology should be widely applied in clinical medicine.
