布地奈德雾化吸入与联合沙丁胺醇对小儿肺炎的疗效、影像征象变化分析

Effect and Imaging Changes Analysis of Budesonide Nebulization Inhalation Combined with Salbutamol in Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的 在小儿肺炎疾病治疗过程中采取布地奈德雾化吸入联合沙丁胺醇方式,研究关注此种联合治疗方式的临床疗效以及影像征象变化情况。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年9月本院收治的小儿肺炎患儿60例为研究对象,采取随机数表分组方式将其均分为对照组(常规吸入治疗,30例)与观察组(布地奈德雾化吸入联合沙丁胺醇治疗,30例),对比两组治疗效果。结果 较之对照组,观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率、治疗后免疫功能相关指标(IgM、IgA及IgG)水平均更高;且各项临床症状(肺部体征、咳嗽消失、气喘消失、体温恢复正常以及住院治疗)改善时间均更短;相关不良反应(恶心、呕吐、头晕以及震颤)总发生率更低。上述指标比较均具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿肺炎疾病治疗过程中采取布地奈德雾化吸入联合沙丁胺醇方式,临床治疗效果显著。此种联合治疗方式不但可以明显改善患者临床症状与肺功能,缩短治疗时间,还能够减少不良反应发生率以及斑片状阴影面积,具备临床推广使用的价值与意义。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and imaging changes of budesonide nebulization inhalation combined with salbutamol in treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group(30 cases treated with routine inhalation)and observation group(30 cases treated with budesonide nebulization inhalation combined with salbutamol)with random number table grouping method.Clinical treatment effect was studied and observed.Results Observation group had higher overall clinical treatment effect and levels of immune function related indicators(IgM,IgA and IgG)than control group after treatment.Moreover,improvement time of various clinical symptoms(including disappearance of lung signs,cough,asthma,normal body temperature and hospitalization)was shorter;overall incidence of related adverse reactions(nausea,vomiting,dizziness and tremor)was lower.Above indicators showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of pediatric pneumonia,combination of budesonide nebulization inhalation and salbutamol can acheive significant clinical curative effect,improve clinical symptoms and lung function of patients significantly,shorten treatment time,reduce incidence of adverse reactions and area of patchy shadows,which has value and significance of clinical promotion and application.
