颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的效果及对其神经功能的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Intracranial Hematoma Clearance Surgery on Cerebral Hemorrhage and Neurological Function

目的 探讨颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血患者的临床观察。方法 本次试验截取本院在2021年1月-2022年1月收治的60例脑出血患者,并将其作为数据分析对象,分组时以数字随机方法进行,分为对照和观察两组,每组各30例。对照组采用中药保守治疗,观察组采用颅内血肿清除术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况(NIHSS评分)、血肿体积、日常生活活动能力(MBI指数)。结果 两组对比治疗效果,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血肿体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组、MBI指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血患者,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,能够抑制血肿体积发展,促进神经功能恢复,改善脑组织功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical observation of intracranial hematoma clearance surgery in treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The experiment chose 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as data analysis objects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,while observation group with intracranial hematoma clearance surgery.Clinical effect,neurological deficits(NIHSS scores),hematoma volume and activity of daily living(MBI index)were compared between two groups.Results Treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hematoma volume in observation group was less than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of observation group were lower than control group and the MBI index was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial hematoma clearance surgery can effectively improve clinical treatment effect,inhibit development of hematoma volume,promote neural function recovery and improve brain tissue function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which is worthy of promotion.
