贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Benazepril Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Elderly Primary Hypertension with Heart Failure

目的 对老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者应用贝那普利联合美托洛尔进行治疗后分析治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年7月在本院治疗的老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者80例。按照随机抽签法将患者分成2组,参照组、试验组,40例/组,贝那普利药物疗法用于参照组,以此为基础,试验组再行美托洛尔药物疗法。针对2组患者治疗前后血压水平和心功能指标,及治疗前后的baPWV静息心率6MWT和生活质量、治疗有效率和不良反应开展讨论分析。结果 2组在药物治疗前的相关数据没有显著差异,两组比较后结果(P>0.05);2组行不同药物治疗后,血压水平中参照组较差,数据比较后结果(P<0.05);参照组和试验组心功能指标中参照组改善较差,数据分析后结果(P<0.05);2组baPWV静息心率指标以及6MWT中参照组较差,对比分析后结果(P<0.05);生活质量评分中参照组评分较低,研究对比结果为(P<0.05);治疗有效率研究中参照组较低,统计分析后结果(P<0.05);不良反应率中参照组和试验组无突出差异,对比后结果(P>0.05)。结论 对老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者的药物治疗中行贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗后能够改善患者的血压和心功能指标,提高患者的生活质量和治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze curative effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol on elderly patients with primary hypertension and heart failure.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with primary hypertension and heart failure in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022,and divided them into two groups according to random drawing method:reference group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with benazepril drug therapy,and experimental group was further treated with metoprolol drug therapy on the basis.Blood pressure levels and cardiac function indicators before and after treatment,as well as baPWV resting heart rate of 6MWT,life quality,treatment effect and adverse reactions before and after treatment were discussed and analyzed between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in relevant data between two groups before drug treatment,comparison between two groups showed(P>0.05).After different medication treatments,the blood pressure levels in reference group were relatively less,data comparison between groups showed(P<0.05).Improvement of cardiac function indicators in reference group was less thexperimental group,data analysis showed(P<0.05).Resting heart rate indicators of baPWV and 6MWT in reference group were relatively less and comparative analysis showed(P<0.05).Life quality scores in reference group were relatively lower and research comparison showed(P<0.05).Treatment effectiveaas rate in reference group was relatively lower and statistical analysis showed(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction incidence between reference group and experimental group,results comparison showed(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of benazepril and metoprolol can improve blood pressure,cardiac function indicators,life quality and treatment effective rate during drug treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and heart failure.
