急诊分级转运方案实施对急性卒中患者院内转运安全和质量的影响分析

Effect Analysis of of Emergency Graded Transportation Plans on Safety and Quality of Hospital Transportation for Acute Stroke Patients

目的 探讨急诊分级转运方案实施对急性卒中患者院内转运安全和质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2021年6月于本院急诊抢救室转运的急性脑卒中100例患者作为常规转运组,选择2021年7月-2021年12月于本院就诊抢救室转运的急性脑卒中患者100例作为分级转运组。对比两组患者院内转运的急救效果、安全和质量,以及患者家属满意度和交接科室的满意度。结果 分级转运组患者的急救效果高于常规转运组患者的急救效果(P<0.05);实施两种不同转运方式,均使患者病情发展得以控制,且实施分级转运组的转运安全和质量情况明显高于实施常规转运组(P<0.05);实施分级转运组患者家属对急诊服务满意度和交接科室满意度均明显高于实施常规转运组患者家属对急诊服务满意度和交接科室满意度(P<0.05)。结论 急性卒中患者在急诊救治中使用分级转运方案,可以通过高水平的安全度和专业的分级转运步骤,保障患者转运过程中的安全,从而有效的提高患者救治率和患者家属满意度、科室的满意度,值得临床急诊推广使用。

Objective To explore effect of emergency graded transportation plans on safety and quality of hospital transportation of acute stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with acute stroke transferred to emergency room of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 as routine transfer group and 100 patients with acute stroke transferred to emergency room of our hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 as graded transfer group.Emergency effect,safety and quality of hospital transportation,as well as satisfaction degree of families and handover department was compared between two groups.Results Emergency effect of patients in graded transport group was higher than routine transport group(P<0.05).Both different transportation methods can control condition development of patients,transportation safety and quality of graded transportation group was significantly higher than routine transportation group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of family members and handover department with emergency services in graded transportation group was significantly higher than routine transportation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Graded transportation plans can ensure safety of acute stroke patients with emergency treatment during transportation process through high-level safety and professional graded transportation steps,thereby improve rescue rate,family satisfaction degree of of patients and satisfaction degree of department effectively,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical emergency treatment.
