无烟红外线艾灸对脑卒中后遗症患者运动功能康复及恢复生活质量的研究

Study on Smokeless Infrared Moxibustion on Motor Function Rehabilitation and Life Quality Recovery of Stroke Sequela Patients

目的 探究无烟红外线艾灸对脑卒中后遗症患者运动功能康复及恢复生活质量的影响。方法 选择佛山市第二人民医院康复科2021年3月-2022年5月收治脑卒中后遗症患者50例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者平均分成两组,对照组进行常规康复护理,试验组在常规康复护理基础上,增加无烟红外线艾灸,每组各25例。比较两组患者神经功能、肢体运动能力、肌张力、生活质量。结果 两组神经功能缺损评定量表(NIHSS)得分护理前比较(P>0.05);护理后,两组NIHSS得分均明显少于护理前(P<0.05)。试验组护理后NIHSS得分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前比较肢体运动能力,上肢FMA得分、下肢FMA得分之间(P>0.05);护理后,两组上肢FMA得分、下肢FMA得分均比护理前增加(P<0.05)。试验组上肢FMA得分、下肢FMA得分与对照组进行护理后比较(P<0.05)。两组患者上、下肢肌张力评分(Ashworth)护理前比较(P>0.05);护理后,两组上、下肢Ashworth评分均减少(P<0.05)。试验组护理后上、下肢Ashworth评分均比对照组少(P<0.05)。两组生活质量(SF-36)评分比较,护理前组间(P>0.05)。护理后,两组SF-36评分均比护理前增加,且试验组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在脑卒中后遗症患者康复护理中给予无烟红外线艾灸,可以促进运动功能康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of smokeless infrared moxibustion on motor function rehabilitation and life quality recovery of stroke sequelae patients.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with stroke sequelae admitted to rehabilitation department of Foshan City The Second People's Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 as study objects and divided them into two groups evenly with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing,while experimental group with smokeless infrared moxibustion on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing,with 25 cases in each group.Neurological function,limb motor ability,muscle tone and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Comparison of neurological impairment assessment scales(NIHSS)scores between two groups before nursing showed(P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of limb movement ability,upper limb FMA scores and lower limb FMA scores between two groups before nursing showed(P>0.05).After nursing,upper limb FMA scores and lower limb FMA scores of both groups were higher than before nursing(P<0.05).Comparison of upper limb FMA scores and lower limb FMA scores between experimental group and control group after nursing showed(P<0.05).Comparison of upper and lower limb muscle tone scores(Ashworth)between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the Ashworth scores of upper and lower limbs in both groups were lower,(P<0.05).After nursing,the Ashworth scores of upper and lower limbs in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of life quality(SF-36)scores between two groups before nursing showed(P>0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than before nursing and scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Smokeless infrared moxibustion can promote motor function recovery and improve life quality of stroke sequelae patients during rehabilitation nursing.
