快速康复外科护理在复杂性肛瘘围术期患者中的效果观察及并发症发生率分析

Effect Observation and Complications Incidence Analysis of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing for Perioperative Patients with Complex Anal Fistula

目的 分析快速康复外科护理(FTS)对于复杂性肛瘘围术期的护理效果。方法 选择2020年8月-2022年8月间入院治疗的94例复杂性肛瘘手术患者。随机数字表分组,A组47例实行FTS围术期护理,B组47例实行常规围术期护理,对比临床指标、并发症率、疼痛评分、心理评分、舒适度评分和生活质量评分。结果 A组的临床指标优于B组,A组的并发症率低于B组(P<0.05)。护理前,组间的疼痛评分与心理评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,A组的疼痛评分低于B组,A组的心理评分低于B组(P<0.05)。护理前,组间的舒适度评分以及生活质量评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,A组的舒适度评分高于B组,A组的生活质量评分高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 为复杂性肛瘘手术患者实行FTS围术期护理能够促进术后康复,减少相关并发症,且能缓解术后痛感,维持患者的平稳心态,同时能够提升护理舒适度和生活质量。

Objective To analyze nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing(FTS)for perioperative patients with complex anal fistula.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with complex anal fistula from August 2020 to August 2022 and divided them into groups with randomized number table:47 cases in group A were treated with FTS perioperative nursing,while 47 cases group B with routine perioperative nursing.Clinical indicators,complication incidence,pain scores,psychological scores,comfort scores and life quality scores were compared.Results Clinical indicators of group A were better than Group B and complication incidence of group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in pain scores and psychological scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,pain scores of group A were lower than group B and psychological scores of group A were lower than group B(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in comfort scores and life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,comfort scores of group A were higher than group B and life quality scores of group A were higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS perioperative nrusing can promote postoperative recovery,reduce related complications,alleviate postoperative pain,maintain stable state of mind and improve nursing comfort and life quality of patients with complex anal fistula surgery.
