血清同型半胱氨酸和甘油三酯检测在老年冠心病患者中的意义研究

Study on significance of combined detection of serum homocysteine and triglyceride in elderly patients with coronary artery disease

目的 研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与甘油三酯(TG)检测应用于老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者中的价值与意义。方法 选取200例冠心病患者作为观察组,另选取同期参与体检示健康人群200例作为对照组。两组受试者均进行Hcy及TG水平检测。比较两组Hcy及TG水平;比较稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的Hcy及TG水平。结果观察组Hcy(21.06±15.10)μmol/L、TG(1.64±0.85)mmol/L均高于对照组的(6.70±3.12)μmol/L、(1.05±0.20)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AMI患者Hcy(25.67±9.02)μmol/L、TG(1.76±0.45)mmol/L均高于SAP患者的(17.80±0.27)μmol/L、(1.57±0.14)mmol/L以及UAP患者的(21.01±5.10)μmol/L、(1.62±0.13)mmol/L,且UAP患者高于SAP患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者Hcy与TG均较健康人群显著升高,可将此两项指标作为冠心病早期预测的独立指标。

Objective To study the value and significance of combined detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and triglyceride(TG)in elderly patients with coronary artery disease.Methods 200 patients with coronary artery disease were selected as the observation group,and 200 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The Hcy and TG levels of the subjects in the two groups were measured.The Hcy and TG levels were compared between the two groups;the Hcy and TG levels in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),unstable angina pectoris(UAP),and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were compared.Results Hcy of(21.06±15.10)μmol/L and TG of(1.64±0.85)mmol/L in the observation group were higher than those of(6.70±3.12)μmol/L and(1.05±0.20)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Hcy of(25.67±9.02)μmol/L and TG of(1.76±0.45)mmol/L in AMI patients were higher than those in SAP patients[(17.80±0.27)μmol/L and(1.57±0.14)mmol/L],and in UAP patients[(21.01±5.10)μmol/L and(1.62±0.13)mmol/L];the above indicators of UAP patients were higher than those of SAP patients;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Hcy and TG were significantly higher in patients with coronary artery disease than in the healthy population,and these two indicators can be used as independent indicators for early prediction of coronary artery disease.
