摘要
目的:为了对比分析由南柴胡、北柴胡配伍的柴葛解肌汤的化学成分差异,对其进行^(1)H-NMR代谢组学研究。方法:采用^(1)H-NMR对柴葛解肌汤进行成分检测,再用SIMCA-P 14.1对不同柴胡配伍的复方进行多元统计分析,筛选出差异化合物。结果:从柴葛解肌汤的^(1)H-NMR图谱中初步鉴别25个化合物。统计学分析显示,二者的化学成分存在差异,由北柴胡配伍的柴葛解肌汤中柴胡皂苷a、胆碱、蔗糖、果糖和谷氨酰胺的含量相对较高,而精氨酸、甘氨酸和α-葡萄糖在由南柴胡配伍的柴葛解肌汤中含量相对较高。结论:南、北柴胡配伍的柴葛解肌汤的化学成分存在差异性。
Objective:In order to compare the chemical composition differences of Chaige Jieji Decoction composed of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium or B.chinense,^(1)H-NMR metabonomics was studied.Method:The ingredients of Chaige Jieji Decoction were detected by^(1)H-NMR,then SIMCA-P 14.1 software was use to carry out multivariate statistical analysis on the compounds with different compatibility of Bupleuri Radix,and the different metabolites were screened out.Results:A total of 25 metabolites were identified by^(1)H-NMR spectrum of Chaige Jieji Decoction.The results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that there were chemical composition differences between the two groups,the contents of saikosaponin a,choline,sucrose,fructose and glutamine were higher levers in Chaige Jieji Decoction composed of B.chinense,and more arginine,glycine,and alpha-glucose in Chaige Jieji Decoction composed of B.scorzonerifolium.Conclusion:There are differences in the the chemical compositions between Chaige Jieji Decoction composed of B.scorzonerifolium or B.chinense.
