摘要 本试验采用简单、绿色、经济手段合成了一种磁性混合净化剂,将其成功地应用到肉苁蓉农药残留检测样品前处理中,试验结果表明,该方法不仅操作简单,还极大地提高了检测灵敏度和准确度。肉苁蓉加标平均回收率为88.0~95.0%,RSD值为1.95~2.63。改进QuEChERS技术对肉苁蓉中常见的9种农药残留具有净化效果好,消除基质干扰能力较好。 In this test,a magnetic mixed purifying agent was synthesized by simple,green and economic means,and was successfully applied to the pretreatment of samples for the detection of pesticide residues in Cistanche deserticola.The results shown that this method is not only simple to operate,but also greatly improves the detection sensitivity and accuracy.The average recovery of Cistanche deserticola was 88.0~95.0%,RSD was 1.95~2.63.The improved QuEChERS technology has a good purification effect on 9 common pesticide residues in Cistanche deserticola,and has the ability to eliminate matrix interference.
