检测废水、地表水和饮用水生物膜中的抗生素抗性细菌及其抗性基因

Detection of Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria and Their Resistance Genes in Biofilms of Wastewater,Surface Water,and Drinking Water

摘要 鉴于人们对医院和市政污水系统在选择耐抗生素细菌中可能发挥的作用越来越感兴趣,因此使用肠球菌、葡萄球菌、肠杆菌科和异养细菌作为指示生物对生物膜进行了研究。除废水外,还研究了河岸滤液中饮用水中的生物膜,以估计耐药细菌及其耐药基因的出现,从而表明可能从废水和地表水转移到饮用水分配网络。对万古霉素耐药肠球菌进行抗菌谱鉴定,通过PCR等分子生物学方法检测vanA耐药基因。在没有肠球菌的情况下,不仅在废水生物膜中而且在饮用水生物膜中都发现了一个基因,这表明基因可能转移到本土饮用水细菌中。在医院废水生物膜中检测到编码葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林的mecA基因,但在任何其他隔间中均未检测到。 Since people are more and more interested in the possible role of hospitals and municipal sewage systems in selecting antibiotic resistant bacteria,enterococcus,staphylococcus,enterobacteriaceae and heterotrophic bacteria were used as indicator organisms to study biofilms.In addition to wastewater,biofilms in drinking water from riverbank filtrates were also studied to estimate the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria and their resistance genes,indicating potential transfer from wastewater and surface water to the drinking water distribution network.The antimicrobial spectrum of vancomycin resistant enterococcus was identified,and the van A resistance gene was detected by PCR and other molecular biological methods.In the absence of enterococcus,a gene was found not only in the wastewater biofilm but also in the drinking water biofilm,indicating that the gene may be transferred to the local drinking water bacteria.The mec A gene encoding methicillin resistant staphylococcus was detected in the hospital wastewater biofilm,but not in any other compartment.
