摘要
为了解决传统分光光度法测量水质中氨氮含量所存在的显色不充分、测量周期长、操作复杂的不足,对分光光度法测试常见异常进行了分析,针对性地提出了优化方案。通过对试样进行絮凝沉淀并进行离心处理的方式减少了显色干扰的影响,通过改善显色时间来降低外界环境对显色效果的影响,通过改变试剂的使用量并定容体积的方法来减少有害试剂产生的后期处理难度,简化了操作。根据实际应用表明,优化后的测试方案,能够将测试时间降低50%,将测试偏差量降低到0.16%。
In order to address the shortcomings of insufficient color rendering,long measurement cycle,and complex operation in traditional spectrophotometry for measuring ammonia nitrogen content in water quality,common abnormalities in spectrophotometry testing were analyzed,and targeted optimization plans were proposed.The influence of color interference is reduced by flocculating and precipitating the sample and centrifuging it.The influence of external environment on the color effect is reduced by improving the color development time.The difficulty of post treatment of harmful reagents is reduced by changing the amount of reagents used and fixing the volume,simplifying the operation.According to practical applications,the optimized testing plan can reduce testing time by 50%and test deviation to 0.16%.
