钠钙双碱法脱硫工艺改进探讨

摘要 为提高碳素企业烟气脱硫效率,降低企业环境投入成本,本文基于钠钙双碱脱硫的原理,分析实际应用中存在反应池容积小,过度添加NaOH等问题,提出装置提升为“三级反应池+清水池”,且建议吸收液pH保持在为8~9范围。 To improve flue gas desulfurization efficiency,and reduce the cost of enterprise environmental investment,this paper is based on the principle of sodium calcium double alkali desulfurization,the problems such as small volume of reaction tank and excessive addition of NaOH in practical application were analyzed.It is proposed that the unit be upgraded to"tertiary reaction tank+clean water tank",and suggested that the pH of the absorption solution should be kept within the range of 8~9.
