摘要
介绍APC先进控制系统在中石油宁夏石化年产45万t合成氨/80万t尿素大化肥装置上的应用。通过项目实践证明,在原有DCS系统的基础上进一步实施APC优化控制,可以提升合成氨及尿素装置的自动化水平、改善装置运行过程的动态性能、增强装置中主要运行参数的控制品质、降低关键变量的波动幅度、降低能源和设备的损耗、降低生产运行成本、降低操作人员劳动强度,为企业带来更多的经济效益,实现装置"安、稳、长、满、优"的最终愿景。
This article introduces the application of APC advanced control system in the annual production of 450000 tons of synthetic ammonia/800000 tons of urea large fertilizer plant of PetroChina Ningxia Petrochemical.Through project practice,it has been proven that further implementing APC optimization control on the basis of the existing DCS system can improve the automation level of synthetic ammonia and urea plants,improve the dynamic performance of the plant operation process,enhance the control quality of the main operating parameters in the plant,reduce the fluctuation amplitude of key variables,reduce energy and equipment losses,reduce production and operation costs,and reduce the labor intensity of operators,to bring more economic benefits to the enterprise and achieve the ultimate vision of"safe,stable,long,full,and excellent"installation.
