摘要
在处理矿井水以实现其回用目的的过程里,针对其所涉及到的混凝单元作了混凝实验分析,该实验分析具体操作是选择3种混凝剂分别进行单一混凝、组合混凝的实验,实验结果显示,将单一混凝剂组合加入,也就是加入无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、有机絮凝剂聚丙烯酞胺(PAM)的絮凝效果最佳,根据药剂费用成本,考虑选择复合混凝剂投加方案。
In the process of treating mine water to achieve its purpose of reuse,the coagulation experiment analysis was conducted for the coagulation unit involved.The specific operation of the experiment analysis was to select three coagulants for single coagulation and combined coagulation experiments.The experimental results showed that the combination of single coagulant,namely,adding inorganic flocculant aluminium chlorohydrate(PAC).The organic flocculant polypropylene phthalamide(PAM)has the best flocculation effect.Based on the cost of the agent,a composite coagulant dosing scheme is considered.
