摘要
传统的选煤厂重介悬浮液密度采用人工操控,干预性强,调节灵活性低,精煤损失大。基于PLC控制系统设计了重介洗选自动调节系统,实现对悬浮液密度、煤泥含量、介质桶液位的自动检测与控制,降低了岗位司机的劳动强度和介质消耗,优化了洗煤作业过程,提高了密度控制精度,体现显著的社会与经济效益。
The density of dense medium suspension in traditional coal preparation plant is controlled manually,which has strong intervention,low adjustment flexibility and large clean coal loss.Based on the PLC control system,an automatic adjustment system for heavy medium washing has been designed to achieve automatic detection and control of suspension density,coal slurry content,and medium barrel liquid level.This reduces the labor intensity and medium consumption of job drivers,optimizes the coal washing operation process,improves the precision of density control,and reflects significant social and economic benefits.
