摘要
随着延迟焦化装置的加工原料越来越劣质化,延迟焦化设备在对高硫、高酸等原料进行加工时受到的腐蚀问题日益严峻,对设备防腐要求也越来越高,这也给延迟焦化装置的安全运行带来了巨大隐患。因此,对各种环境下的腐蚀情况进行研究分析是十分有必要的,并且要对延迟焦化设备的耐腐蚀性能进行研究,做好防腐设计,以保障延迟焦化设备的安全生产,保证装置长周期运行。
As the processing raw materials of delayed coking unit are more and more inferior,the corrosion problem of delayed coking equipment is becoming more and more serious when processing high sulfur,high acid and other raw materials,and the requirements for equipment anti-corrosion are also getting higher and higher,which also brings great hidden trouble to the safe operation of delayed coking unit.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the sulfur corrosion in different environments and design the corrosion resistance of delayed coking equipment,so as to ensure the safe production of delayed coking equipment and ensure the long cycle operation of the device.
