摘要
分析了一种厨房污水的分质处理与回收装置的设计,它包括一级过滤仓、二级过滤仓、油水动态分离仓、油相采出管、水相采出管等主要部分,不仅将厨房污水中的废油和残渣的高效分离、回收,使之成为制备生物柴油、肥皂和有机肥料的理想原料,而且解决了因废油凝固而导致的居民楼下水道易堵塞的难题,具有分离效率高、对污水流量大小适应范围广、结构简单、成本低廉等显著优点,尤其符合我国垃圾分类处理、高效回收的绿色发展要求,在环保领域具有广泛的推广应用价值。
This paper analyzes the design of a separate quality treatment and recovery device for kitchen sewage,which includes the primary filtration bin,the secondary filtration bin,the oil-water dynamic separation bin,the oil phase recovery pipe,the water phase recovery pipe and other main parts.It not only separates and recovers the waste oil and residue in kitchen sewage efficiently,making it an ideal raw material for preparing biodiesel,soap and organic fertilizer.It also solves the problem that the sewage of residential buildings is easy to be blocked due to the solidification of waste oil.It has obvious advantages such as high separation efficiency,wide adaptability to sewage flow,simple structure,low cost,etc.It especially meets the green development requirements of waste sorting treatment and efficient recovery in China,and has extensive promotion and application value in the field of environmental protection.
