城市燃气管网运行安全隐患分析与防范对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasure of Hidden Danger in Operation of City Gas Pipe Network

以城市燃气外管网运行为研究对象,对其存在的安全隐患进行分析,根据GB/T 13861—2022《生产过程危险和有害因素分类与代码》,从人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境的不利因素、管理上的不完善因素四个方面分析辨识城镇燃气运行过程中的主要安全隐患。以全国最大的城市单体燃气供应企业——北京燃气为例开展城市燃气管网安全隐患解决办法及对策的论述。

Taking the operation of urban gas external pipe network as the research object,and analyzes the potential safety hazards,according to the national standard of classification and coding of hazards and hazards in the production process(13861—2022),analyzes and identifies the main safety hidden danger in the process of urban gas operation from four aspects:the unsafe behavior of people,the unsafe state of the environment,the unfavorable factors and the imperfect factors in the management.Taking Beijing gas,the largest single city gas supply enterprise in China,as an example,the paper discusses the solutions and countermeasures to the hidden dangers of urban gas pipe network.
