石油化工企业员工安全行为影响因素的研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Safety Behavior of Employees in Petrochemical Enterprises

主要以某石油化工企业为研究对象,深度剖析该企业员工的安全行为影响因素,对员工进行问卷调查,采用方差分析的方法分析不同员工之间的安全态度、安全知识等变量是否存在差异。从方差分析中可以看出,员工的工龄、月收入、工种、性格对安全操作有影响;职工的性别、工龄、月收入、工种、性格对安全知识有影响;员工的婚姻状况、工龄、文化程度、工种、月收入对安全态度有影响;员工的婚姻状况、月收入、性格对安全心理因素有影响;员工的性别、年龄、文化程度、工种、性格对风险意识有影响;员工的文化程度、月收入、工种、性格对情绪有影响。在职业相关因素中,安全知识、安全态度、安全心理因素、情绪对职业安全行为有显著影响。

This study mainly takes a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,deeply analyzes the factors affecting the safety behavior of the employees of this enterprise,conducts a questionnaire survey on the employees,and adopts the method of variance analysis to determine whether there are differences between different employees in safety attitude,safety knowledge and other variables.From the analysis of variance,it can be seen that the employee's length of service,monthly income,job type and personality have an impact on the safety operation.Employee's gender,working years,monthly income,job type,personality have an impact on safety knowledge;The marital status,working years,educational level,job type and monthly income of employees have an impact on the safety attitude;The marital status,monthly income and personality of employees have an impact on the safety psychological factors;The employee's gender,age,education level,job type and personality have an impact on the risk awareness;The employee's education level,monthly income,job type and personality have an impact on the mood.Among the occupation-related factors,safety knowledge,safety attitude,safety psychological factors and emotions have significant influence on occupational safety behavior.
