协同设计中“角色-信息可视化方式”匹配策略研究

摘要 协同设计中不同角色对信息可视化方式要求不同,为提高协同设计效率,提出基于信息熵的“角色-信息可视化”匹配策略。首先,收集角色、可视化形式的信息,通过对角色-可视化形式进行匹配,采用直接打分法得到角色-可视化数据集,对数据集的信息熵进行计算,最终可得到角色-可视化形式的匹配排序表,以信息熵的大小决定不同角色选取的最佳可视化形式。根据案例的协同设计,角色-可视化匹配形式中的角色-甘特图匹配程度最好,表示角色在甘特图中获取信息最大,接受程度最好。该匹配策略可以提高部门、人员之间的协同效率。 Different roles in collaborative design have different requirements for information visualization.In order to improve the efficiency of collaborative design,a"role-information visualization"matching strategy based on information entropy is proposed.First,collect the information on roles and visual forms,and obtain the role-visualization dataset by matching the roles and visualization forms through the direct scoring method.Then,calculate the information entropy of the dataset,and finally obtain the role-visualization form matching ranking table.And the optimal visualization form of the selection of different roles is determined by the size of the information entropy.According to the collaborative design of the case,the role-Gantt chart in the role-visualization matching form has the best matching degree,which means that the role obtains the most information in the Gantt chart and has the best degree of acceptance.The matching strategy can improve the collaboration efficiency between departments and personnel.
