大龙湾华谊大道污水管顶管施工技术应用研究

摘要 随着城市的快速发展和人们环保意识的加强,原有的污水管线已经不能满足城市排放和环保的要求,而新建污水处理管网工程量大,如何快速地建设污水管线,减少既有建筑对污水管线施工的影响是工程施工的重点和难点。在以往的城市污水管线建设工程中,通常采用明挖开槽埋管技术敷设管道用以排放污水,这种管道的敷设方式工程量大、工序多,开槽埋管回填部位压实不彻底导致土体极易发生沉降,不利于管道的建设。近年来,泥水平衡顶管技术因其在管道建设过程中的巨大优势和不会引发土体沉降的优点,已被更多的城市管道建设工程采用,也越来越多地用于解决以往污水管道建设过程中存在的技术难点。为了体现泥水平衡顶管施工技术的优越性,以大龙湾华谊大道污水管道建设工程为背景,选取2种不同直径(ϕ1350mm和ϕ2000mm)的新建污水管,分别对顶管施工技术的关键节点进行研究,着重分析了施工过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。通过对地表沉降监测数据的分析发现,顶管施工技术应用效果极佳,可为类似的污水管顶管施工工程提供参考经验。 With the rapid development of the city and human environment awareness enhanced,the original sewage pipeline could not meet the requirements of the urban emissions and environment.But the pipe network of the sewage treatment to be build would be high engineering quantity,how to rapidly construct the sewage pipeline and to reduce the existed buildings effected to the construction of the sewage pipeline would be the key point and difficulty of the engineering construction.In the previous construction engineering of the urban sewage pipeline,generally an open-cut laying pipeline technology would be applied to lay the pipeline to discharge the sewage,but such pipeline laying method would have a high engineering quantity and much processes,the compaction insufficient of the backfilled area for the open-cut laying pipeline would cause the soil mass easily settlement and would be unfavorable to construct the pipeline.In recent years,due to the huge advantage in the pipeline construction process and the advantage of no soil mass settlement occurred,the mud slurry balance pipe jacking technology would be more and more applied to the urban pipeline construction engineering and more and more applied to solve the technical difficulties existed in the previous sewage pipeline construction process.In order to show the advantages of the mud slurry balance pipe jacking construction technology,based on the sewage pipeline construction engineering under the Huayi Avenue in Dalongwan as the background,two different diameter(Φ1350 mm andΦ2000 mm)new sewage pipes were selected and a study was conducted individually on the critical nodes on the pipe jacking construction technology.The paper emphasized the analysis on the problems existed in the construction process and the corresponding solutions were provided.The analysis on the surface settlement monitoring data showed the application effect of the pipe jacking construction technology was excellent and could provide the reference experiences to the pipe jacking construction engineering of the similar sewage pipe.
