智能车载语音助手人格化设计研究

Research on Personalized Design of an Intelligent Vehicle Voice Assistant

当前在国内汽车行业中,智能车载搭配的语音助手多采用的是卡通化的语音形象,且车载语音助手与用户的交互行为相对模板化。对于车载语音助手,更多的关注点在于语音助手的虚拟形象对车企品牌的影响以及语音助手的交互功能对用户产生的影响,即使探讨了语音助手人格化的内容,也仅单一从拟人化形象的性格特点进行了讨论。本文提出一种智能车载语音助手人格化设计研究,通过用户语音数据,从虚拟形象(如音色、外形)及人格性格两个方面同时考量,形成更符合用户偏好的语音助手形象,提升用户对该智能语音助手产品的好感度及用户粘度,以期待对未来车载语音助手个性化发展设计提供一定的理论参考。

At present,in the domestic automobile industry,the voice assistant equipped with intelligent vehicle is mostly cartoon voice image,and the interaction between the vehicle voice assistant and the user is relatively templated.For the on-board voice assistant,more attention is paid to the impact of the virtual image of the voice assistant on the brand of the car enterprise and the impact of the interactive function of the voice assistant on the users.Even if the personalized content of the voice assistant is discussed,it is only discussed from the personality of the personification image.This paper proposes a personalized design research of intelligent vehicle voice assistant.Through the user voice data,the virtual image such as voice color,shape and personality are considered at the same time to form a voice assistant image that is more in line with the user's preferences,so as to improve the user's favor and user viscosity of the intelligent voice assistant product,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the personalized development design of vehicle voice assistant in the future.
