叉车电器的防护性能优化设计

摘要 叉车电器的防护等级提升是一项困难并且需要持续改进的工作。通过对实际装车、车辆使用过程和内外品质问题反馈的电气问题进行分析研判,本文从线束的防护性能改善、电器负载的防护、电器布局及选料的优化3个方面着手,对叉车电器进行改进设计。事实证明,改善后的设计防护性能明显提升,电器相关部件故障率降低,使用寿命延长。 Protection of forklift electrical appliances is a difficult task which requires continuous improvement.The design of the forklift electrical appliances has been improved from three aspects:the improvement of the protective performance of the wire harness,the protection of the electrical load,and the optimization of the electrical layout and material selection through the analysis and judgment of the vehicle use process and the internal and external quality problems feedback in the paper.Facts have proved that the protection performance is significantly improved,the failure rate of electrical appliances related components is reduced,and the service life is extended after design optimization.
