摘要
通过运用ABAQUS仿真软件,对汽车空调控制面板的触摸振感进行验证,用于指导电磁铁的选型及输入信号的设置。同时,对控制面板A面整体的振感一致性进行校核、验证。结果表明:电磁铁作为振动的输入源,其工作时磁隙区间的选择、脉冲电流的输入,会直接影响实际推力的输出;并且在对仿真结果与实测结果对比后,可基本肯定ABAQUS软件动力学仿真的精度,及其在触摸振动结构设计过程中应用的必要性。
By using ABAQUS simulation software,the touch vibration of automobile air conditioning control panel is verified,which is used to guide the selection of electromagnet and the setting of input signal.At the same time,check and verify the vibration consistency of the whole A side of the control panel.The results show that as the vibration input source,the choice of magnetic gap interval and pulse current input will directly affect the actual thrust output.After comparing the simulation results with the measured results,the accuracy of dynamic simulation of ABAQUS software and the necessity of its application in the design process of touch vibration structure can be basically confirmed.
