摘要
四门两盖耐久试验系统采用电动-气缸控制的方式,实现汽车四门两盖系统开闭耐久试验过程的开关门控制,在耐久试验过程中,对四门两盖开闭过程中的关键性能参数进行监控、采集和计算,并通过人机界面显示出来,为车门系统的设计优化提供界面及数据支持,最后通过远程监控实现远程参数采集、数据分析、故障解析,希望为车门试验系统带来更大的便利。
The test system of electric-cylinder control method,can control opening and closing of the four doors and two covers of vehicleaccurately in the durability test;the key performance parameters of the opening and closing process will be collected and calculated during durability test,and displayed through the human-machine interface,which help to optimize the design of the door system;The parameters will be Collected,calculated,and analysed through Remote Intelligent Monitoring System,which can bring great convenience to the door test system.
