Financial Analysis of H Group Based on Harvard Analysis Framework

本文以医药行业的龙头企业H集团为分析对象,分别从战略、会计、财务和前景四个方面对H集团进行纵向和横向的财务分析,评价近五年的财务状况。针对企业存在的一些财务问题,结合当前的时代背景,提出促使企业更好发展的相关建议,使企业投资者、债权人、管理者以及相关利益者全面了解企业相关信息,为更好进行决策提供帮助,并为其他相关企业的运营提供借鉴和帮助。

This article takes H Group,a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry,as the analysis object,and conducts vertical and horizontal financial analysis of H Group from four aspects:strategy,accounting,finance,and prospects,to evaluate its financial situation in the past five years.In response to some financial problems existing in the enterprise,combined with the current era background,relevant suggestions are proposed to promote the better development of the enterprise,so that investors,creditors,managers,and relevant stakeholders can fully understand the relevant information of the enterprise,provide assistance for better decision-making,and provide reference and assistance for the operation of other related enterprises.
