摘要
当前国内铝厂大多已经部署安装采用BS架构的化验生产管理系统软件,实现化验数据的信息化管理。但如果此类系统部署在局域网稳定性较差的环境中,当网络发生故障时,化验人员将无法通过web浏览器登录网页进行工作。本文针对此种情况设计了一种混合架构的化验数据采集系统,能够有效的解决上述问题。
At present,most domestic aluminum smelters have deployed and installed BS-based laboratory production management system software to realize the information management of laboratory data.However,if this kind of system is deployed in an environment with poor stability of local area network,when the network fails,the laboratory technician will not be able to visit the web page via the web browser to work.As for this situation,this paper designs a laboratory data acquisition system with a mixed architecture,which can effectively solve the above problem.
