依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗急性脑出血患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect Research of Edaravone Combined with Tolasemide in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

目的 研究依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗急性脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法 以2021年1月-2022年2月在本院就医的急性脑出血患者52例为研究样本,以随机字表法为分组法,对照组(n=26例)采取单一依达拉奉治疗,观察组(n=26例)采取依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗,就患者的血液流变情况以及凝血功能作治疗前后的对比,客观评价患者的神经功能缺损情况,观察组两组在用药后的并发症。结果 两组的血液流变情况在治疗后有显著差异,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的神经功能缺损程度均有改善,且观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉与托拉塞米的联合治疗可有效改善急性脑出血患者的血液流变情况,在保护患者神经功能的同时还可减少各类并发症的发生。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of edaravone combined with tolasemide in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods The paper chose 52 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 as study samples,and divided them into groups with randomized word table method.Control group(n=26 cases)was treated with single edaravone treatment,while observation group(n=26 cases)with edaravone combined with tolasemide treatment.Blood rheology and coagulation function of patients was compared before and after treatment,neurological deficits was evaluated objectively,complications between two groups were observed after medication.Results There was significant difference in blood rheology between two groups after treatment,that of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,degree of neurological deficits in both groups improved,NIHSS scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of edaravone and tolasemide can improve hemorheology of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage effectively,protect neurological function and reduce incidence of various complications.
