可视化根管技术在牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用及安全性分析

摘要 目的 探讨可视化根管技术在牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用及安全性。方法 纳入2021年1月-2022年1月本院治疗的牙体牙髓患者80例作为研究对象。做随机分组处理,对照组(40例)使用常规根管进行治疗,研究组(40例)采用可视化根管技术进行治疗,对两组患者临床手术指标、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良反应情况展开对比。结果 和对照组相比,研究组患者接受可视化根管技术治疗后,其总治疗有效率明显更高,所用的手术时间明显更短,术中出血量明显更少,数据间存在显著差异(P<0.05);护理后,研究组疼痛测定值、不良反应发生率明显比对照组患者低,数据间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 针对牙体牙髓病治疗,和常规治疗相比,应用可视化根管技术获得了较好成效,治疗效果明显提升了,患者疼痛感减轻了,患者术中出血量和手术时间减少了,有利于患者尽快康复,值得临床大力应用。 Objective To explore application and safety of visualized root canal technology in treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods The paper chose 80 dental pulp patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as study objects,and divided them into groups randomly,control group(40 cases)was treated with routine root canal therapy,while study group(40 cases)with visual root canal technology.Clinical surgical indicators,visual analogue scores(VAS),and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Overall treatment effect of study group was significantly higher than control group,with shorter surgical time,and significantly less intraoperative bleeding after receiving visual root canal technology treatment,with significant difference between data,(P<0.05);After nursing,pain measurement values and incidence of adverse reactions in study group were significantly lower than control group,with significant difference between data(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual root canal technology can achieve better effect than routine treatment in treatment of dental pulp disease,can improve treatment effect significantly,reduce pain,amount of intraoperative bleeding and surgical time of patients,can help patients recover as soon as possible,which is worthy of application greatly in clinical practice.
