中医辨证治疗急诊眩晕患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Treatment for Emergency Dizziness Patients

目的 探讨急诊眩晕患者实施中医辨证方式治疗的临床效果及应用价值。方法 针对2019年1月-2022年5月本院接诊治疗急诊眩晕患者60例进行分析研究,按照患者就诊时间先后顺序分作对照组(2019年1月-2020年12月,30例)与观察组(2021年1月-2022年5月,30例),对照组采取常规西药方案治疗,观察组实施中医辨证方式治疗,对比治疗效果,观察且评估两组患者治疗前后症候改变,对比差异性。检测各组患者治疗前后椎基底动脉各项血流指标,分析变化差异。对患者进行为期3个月的跟踪随访,统计复发率。结果 观察组眩晕患者经中医辨证治疗后,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后,患者症状均呈现好转趋势,观察组症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。通过检测患者椎基底动脉供血指标,结果显示观察组治疗后椎动脉血流速度、基底动脉血流速度高于对照组,椎动脉血管及基底动脉血管搏动指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后3个月疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗急诊眩晕疾病可采取中医辨证治疗方案,根据患者不同证型合理选择治疗组方,提高治疗效果,改善患者椎基底血供,同时预防疾病复发,倡导运用推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect and application value of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment for emergency dizziness patients.Methods The paper studied 60 patients with emergency dizziness treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2022,and divided them into control group(30 patients from January 2019 to December 2020)and observation group(30 patients from January 2021 to May 2022)according to treatment sequence.Control group was treated with routine Western medicine treatment,while observation group with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.Treatment effect was compared,symptoms changes before and after treatment were observed and evaluated between two groups,difference was compared,various blood flow indicators of vertebrobasilar artery in each group were detected before and after treatment,and difference changes were analyzed.With followup of a period of 3 months,recurrence rate was calculated.Results Total effective rate of dizziness patients in observation group after traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptoms of patients showed improvement trend,symptom scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).In addition,detecting results of blood supply index of vertebral basilar artery of patients showed,blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in observation group was higher than control group after treatment,pulsation index of vertebral artery and basilar artery was lower than control group(P<0.05).Disease recurrence rate of observation group after 3 months of treatment was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can be reasonable clinical treatment for emergency dizziness based on different syndrome types of patients,it can improve treatment effect,vertebral basal blood supply of patients,and prevent disease recurrence,which is worthy of application and promotion.
