探讨胃镜下电凝切除术在上消化道息肉治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect Exploration of Endoscopic Electrocoagulation Resection in Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Polyps

目的 研讨上消化道息肉以胃镜下电凝切除术治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月本院上消化道息肉患者1000例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各500例。对照组传统手术治疗,观察组胃镜下电凝切除术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的MDA、CRP、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 胃镜下电凝切除术的治疗效果显著,在上消化道息肉患者中应用后,将提升手术疗效,手术时间与康复时间也更短,术后并发症更少,消炎效果也较为明显,具有多方面的手术价值。

Objective To investigate effect of electrocoagulation resection under gastroscopy in treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps.Methods The paper chose 1000 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 500 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment,while observation group with endoscopic electrocoagulation resection.Treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results Cure rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);surgery time and length of stay in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);postoperative complications in observation group were less than control group(P<0.05);MDA,CRP,TNF-αin observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroscopic electrocoagulation resection can achieve significant curative effect for patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps,can improve surgical effect,shorten surgical and rehabilitation time,reduce postoperative complications,which has significant antiinflammatory effect and multiple surgical values.
