右美托咪定辅助镇静用于椎管内麻醉患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Dexmedetomidine Assisted Sedation on Spinal Anesthesia Patients

目的 探究分析右美托咪定辅助镇静用于椎管内麻醉患者的效果分析。方法 自2022年1~7月以来,从本院接受手术治疗的椎管内麻醉病人中选择了64例作为研究对象。通过随机数字表的方式将其分为对照组(n=32)与实验组(n=32)。手术中,对照组镇静手段为丙泊酚泵注,实验组镇静手段为右美托咪定进行辅助治疗。对比分析两组麻醉病人在用药后产生的不良反应情况、手术前后应激反应水平、手术中镇静效果、手术后血流动力学情况。结果 在不同辅助镇静治疗下,实验组麻醉手术患者手术中各个时间点的ramsay镇静评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);应激反应各项指标(去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇和肾上腺素)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组MAP、HR低于对照组且SpO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组给药后出现各种不良反应的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 右美托咪定药物在用于椎管内麻醉患者中的应用安全性较高,能有效降低应激反应和不良反应,镇静效果更好,值得应用和普及。

Objective To explore and analyze practical application effect of dexmedetomidine in assisted sedation of patients with spinal anesthesia surgery.Methods The paper chose 64 patients under spinal anesthesia in surgical treatment in our hospital from January to July 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=32)with random digital table.During the surgery,control group was treated with propofol infusion as sedative method,while experimental group with dexmedetomidine as an adjuvant treatment.Adverse reactions,stress response levels before and after surgery,sedative effect during surgery,and postoperative hemodynamics were compared and analyzed between two groups of anesthesia patients after medication.Results Under different assisted sedation treatments,the Ramsay sedation scores of anesthesia surgery patients in experimental group at various time points during surgery were higher than control group(P<0.05);various indicators levels of stress response(norepinephrine,cortisol,and adrenaline)were lower than control group(P<0.05);MAP and HR of experimental group was lower than control group and SpO2 was higher than control group(P<0.05);total incidence of various adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has high safety for spinal anesthesia patients,can reduce stress reactions and adverse reactions effectively with better sedative effect,which is worthy of application and promotion.
