探讨助产士门诊连续性服务管理模式

Exploration of Continuous Service Management Model in Midwife Outpatient Clinic

助产士门诊已在国内外开展多年,但无相关统一服务规范可参考。我院通过近十年助产士门诊临床实践、工作经验总结形成了院内相关服务规范。本文分析我院助产士门诊现状,探索助产士门诊的工作管理模式,拓展助产士延伸服务链,以期提高孕产妇分娩体验,为促进自然分娩提供帮助和指导。

Midwife clinics have been in operation both domestically and internationally for many years,but there is no unified service standard for reference.Our hospital has formed relevant service standards within the hospital through nearly ten years of clinical practice and work experience in midwife clinics.The article analyzes current situation of midwife clinic in our hospital,explores work management mode,expands midwife extension service chain,to improve delivery experience of pregnant women and provide assistance and guidance for promoting natural childbirth.
