团体心理护理对尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者生活质量的影响

Effect and Life Quality of Group Psychological Nursing on Patients with Bladder Infusion Chemotherapy After Urethral and Bladder Tumor Resection Surgery

目的 浅析团体心理护理在尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后进行膀胱灌注化疗患者生活质量的作用。方法将2018年11月-2021年11月来本院进行尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后给予膀胱灌注化疗患者64例作为分析对象,按照时间顺序分为对照组与实验组,每组各32例。对照组在化疗后实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理中联合团体心理护理,将两组患者在护理后的不良情绪、生活质量和对护理内容的满意程度进行对比。结果 实施护理前,两组患者的不良情绪评分和生活质量评分相差较小(P>0.05);实施护理后,实验组不良情绪评分明显降低,生活质量评分明显提高,对照组患者的不良情绪评分以及生活质量评分波动幅度较小(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理有效率显著高于对照组护理有效率(P<0.05)。结论 尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术以后再进行膀胱灌注化疗时,为改善患者的生活质量和缓解患者不良情绪,可将团体心理护理运用到临床护理中,护理效果明显。

Objective To analyze effect of group psychological nursing on life quality of patients with bladder infusion chemotherapy after urethral and bladder tumor resection.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with urethral and bladder tumor resection in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2021,treated with bladder perfusion chemotherapy,and divided them into control group and experimental group based on chronological sequence,with 32 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing after chemotherapy,while experimental group with group psychological nurisng in combination with routine nursing.Negative emotion,life quality,and satisfaction degree with nursing was compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was little difference in scores of negative emotions and life quality between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,experimental group showed significant decrease in negative emotion scores and significant improvement in life quality scores.Control group had less fluctuation in negative emotion scores and life quality scores(P<0.05).Nursing effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological nursing can be applied in clinical nursing during bladder infusion chemotherapy after urethral bladder tumor resection,which can improve life quality and alleviate negative emotions of patients,with significant nursing effect.
