敦煌遗书中临证辨治银屑病角药探微

角药是对药临证运用基础上的扩展延伸,在中医辨证论治基础上的三药联用,互为犄角的一种配伍形式。从敦煌遗书的方剂中可提取具有“皮”“草”“藤”“白”“子”“花”药物功效的6组特色角药,其功能为疏风清热、清热凉血、解毒透疹、通络散风,补血活血、解表散寒,祛风燥湿,祛风止痒。在临证辨治银屑病时尤其别具巧思,用药灵活,组方独特,可拟方名,疗效甚佳,常获痊愈。通过总结为临床诊治银屑病提供宝贵的参考价值。
