黄传兵从脾辨治类风湿关节炎前状态撷萃

Extracts from HUANG Chuanbing's Pre-state of Rheumatoid Arthritis based on Spleen Syndrome Treatment

黄传兵从“脾病而四肢不用”“脾为气血生化之源”等中医基础理论入手,根据类风湿关节炎前状态发病机制,结合痹证病因病机的认识,认为“脾虚致痹,不荣四末”是类风湿关节炎前状态的关键发病因素。实际临床实践表明,从脾辨治类风湿关节炎前状态对缓解关节及关节外症状均具有良好效果,文章结合医案论述导师黄传兵关于治疗类风湿关节炎前状态的经验与心得。

HUANG Chuanbing started from the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine such as “spleen disease without use of limbs” and “spleen is the source of Qi and blood biochemistry”,according to the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis pre-state,combined with the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome,he believed that “spleen deficiency causes arthralgia”,“Unprosperity and four ends” are the key pathogenesis factors of the pre-rheumatoid arthritis state.Actual clinical practice shows that treating pre-rheumatoid arthritis based on spleen differentiation has a good effect on alleviating joint and extra-articular symptoms.Therefore,this article discusses the experience and insights of the tutor HUANG Chuanbing on the treatment of pre-rheumatoid arthritis based on medical records.
