芳香宣透法联合熏灸治疗下肢丹毒急性期的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fangxiang Xuantou Method Combined with Smoked Moxibustion in Treating Acute Erysipelas of Lower Limbs

目的:观察芳香宣透法联合熏灸治疗下肢丹毒急性发作的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的72例下肢丹毒患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各36例,对照组使用青霉素静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用五香连翘汤联合熏灸,均以14d为观察疗程。结果:治疗组患者治愈率较对照组高(P<0.05),治疗组改善患者中医症候积分优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组改善患者白细胞计数、C反应蛋白较对照组更显著(P<0.05),且未出现毒性和明显不良反应。结论:芳香宣透法联合熏灸可以提高下肢丹毒的治愈率,在改善临床症状、控制炎症反应、提高治愈率等方面具有优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of aromatherapy combined with fumigation and moxibustion in the treatment of acute attack of lower extremity erysipelas.Methods:72 lower extremity erysipelas patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Moxibustion,all take 14 days as the observation course.Results:The cure rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).And no toxicity and obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Fragrance dispersing method combined with fumigation and moxibustion can improve the cure rate of lower extremity erysipelas,and has advantages in improving clinical symptoms,controlling inflammatory reactions,and increasing the cure rate.It is worthy of further clinical application.
