基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的鱼骨型仓库货位分配优化研究

摘要 针对鱼骨型布局仓库下货位分配优化问题,文章综合考虑效率最优原则、货架稳定性原则、关联原材料就近存放原则,建立了多目标优化模型,并采用非支配排序遗传算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)结合外部记忆库对该优化模型进行求解,获得了原材料最优的货位分配方案,最终通过算例及仿真软件验证了货位分配方案的适用性。 Aiming at the optimization problem of slotting allocation under the fishbone layout warehouse,this paper comprehensively considers the principle of optimal efficiency,the principle of shelf stability and the principle of the nearest storage of related raw materials,and establishes a multi-objective optimization model.The Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) algorithm combined with the external memory library is used to solve the optimization model,and the optimal slotting allocation scheme of raw materials is obtained.Finally,the applicability of the slotting allocation scheme is verified by an example and simulation software.
