摘要
在炼钢过程中,由于参数存在动态发展属性,导致相关输入参数的精准程度较低,因此提出炼钢自动化系统的设计与实现研究。将较高数据交换功能的EDS-528作为系统的交换装置,实现对炼钢生产过程中多元数据的管理,再将S7-1500F作为系统的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制模块,实现对炼钢生产过程中输出参数的控制。在软件设计阶段,根据钢水中碳元素的含量管理钢水注入量,并结合钢水升温机制,设置冷却剂的加入量,实现对温度的自动控制。测试结果表明,炼钢过程中钢水投入量误差和温度误差始终在生产要求范围内。
In the process of steelmaking,due to the dynamic development of parameters,the accuracy of relevant input parameters is low.Therefore,the design and implementation of steelmaking automation system is proposed.EDS-528 with high data exchange function is used as the exchange device of the system to realize the management of multiple data in the steelmaking production process,and S7-1500F is used as the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) control module of the system to realize the control of output parameters in the steelmaking production process.In the software design stage,the injection amount of molten steel is managed according to the carbon content of molten steel.Combined with the heating mechanism of molten steel,the amount of coolant is set to realize automatic control of temperature.In the test results,under the design system,the input error and temperature error of molten steel in the steelmaking process are always within the production requirements.
